Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with aclade experts and infrastructure.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law or third-party right, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Generate or distribute malware, conduct intrusion, phishing, spam, or unauthorized access.
- Produce content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that sexually exploits minors.
- Attempt to bypass tenant isolation, access other customers' data, or probe/scan our infrastructure without authorization.
- Use provisioned mailboxes or servers to send unsolicited bulk email or to damage our sending reputation.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing model or dataset except as permitted by law.
2. Isolated compute & credentials
Where an expert operates in an isolated environment or uses credentials you provide, you are responsible for the lawful scope of those actions. Do not use the environment to attack third parties, mine cryptocurrency without authorization, or host prohibited content.
3. High-risk uses
Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for decisions that require professional judgment (legal, medical, financial) or that produce legal or safety-critical effects without qualified human review.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report to authorities as appropriate.
